Sheen Strong is a work of the Fulton Sheen Institute, [REGISTERED NAME OF THE WYOMING LLC], [MAILING ADDRESS]. This page says exactly what happens to the information you give us when you enrol in the thirty days, and nothing more.

What we collect

When you enrol we ask for your first name, last name, email address, city and country, and whether you would like your city shown on the map. That is all the form collects. We do not ask for a street address, telephone number, date of birth or payment details, because enrolment is free.

Why

Your name and email address let us write to you. Your city and country place a flame on the map so that you can see who is keeping the hour with you, and so that others can see you. The country is also used to find the right city when several share a name.

The map

If you leave “Light my city on the map” ticked, your city and country appear on the public globe as a point of light, together with the running count of people enrolled. Your name and email address are never shown on the map and are never sent to the browser of anyone visiting the page: the map is drawn from a list that contains only city, country and map coordinates. If you untick the box, nothing about you appears on the map. You can ask us to remove your city later at the address below.

Where it is kept, and who processes it

Your enrolment is stored in a database at Supabase, and a matching contact record is created at GoHighLevel, the system we use to send email. The site itself runs on Vercel, which handles the request when you press the button and keeps ordinary server logs as part of running the site. To place your city on the map, its name and your country are sent to MapTiler, the mapping service, which returns coordinates; MapTiler also serves the map images, so when the globe loads your browser fetches those images from MapTiler in the same way it fetches any image from any server. Those four companies process your information only to provide these services to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Sheen Strong is run from the United States. Wherever you enrol from, your information is stored and processed there.

What we will email you about

The thirty days — what to do, when, and encouragement along the way — and, after the thirty days, membership in Sheen Strong, the formation that follows the hour. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, added by GoHighLevel. Unsubscribing stops all email from us. Your city stays on the map unless you ask for it to be removed separately, at the address below.

What we do not do

We set no analytics or advertising cookies and run no tracking scripts. The typeface and the map software are served from this site, not from a third party. Before the page opens publicly, people who hold the private preview link receive one cookie that remembers the link; it does nothing else and is not set for the public. If the map fails to load, the page sends us a short technical note (the page address, the browser type and the reason) so we can fix it; it contains nothing about you. Your network address is used for a moment to stop the form being flooded, and is not stored with your enrolment.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS. Enrolments are written by the site’s server with a key that never reaches the browser; the database refuses to list, read or delete enrolments to anything but the site owner; and the public map is drawn by a function that can return only city, country and coordinates.

Who may enrol

You must be 18 or older to enrol yourself. Anyone younger should be enrolled by a parent or guardian, using the parent’s own email address.

Correcting or removing your information

To correct your city or name, enrol again with the same email address; the earlier entry is replaced. To see what we hold about you, to have your city taken off the map, or to have your enrolment removed entirely, write to privacy@fultonsheeninstitute.com from the email address you enrolled with and say what you want. We will remove it from Supabase and from GoHighLevel. We keep your enrolment until you ask us to remove it.
